My purpose is to empower athletes to trust themselves, navigate pressure with clarity, and compete from a place of confidence and joy. I want athletes to know they can break cycles of self-doubt, perfectionism, and burnout — and replace them with resilience, purpose, and self-trust. I’m committed to helping high performers develop tools that support not only their goals, but their overall well-being.

Sarah Swanger is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and mental performance coach who helps people thrive under pressure — in sport, performance, and life.

A lifelong athlete and performer, Sarah grew up immersed in competition — running track and cross country, playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis — and later coaching individuals and teams to reach their full potential. She also trained intensively in music and theater, giving her a unique understanding of the mental demands of high-stakes performance.

With over a decade of experience in therapy, crisis intervention, and mental health, Sarah helps athletes and high performers build clarity, confidence, and resilience from the inside out. Her approach blends clinical expertise with lived experience to support those navigating pressure, perfectionism, and personal growth.

As a mother, Sarah knows what it means to pursue excellence while managing real life. Returning to competition while navigating postpartum recovery, parenting, and career has deepened her empathy — and her commitment to helping others perform with both strength and self-trust.
