Offerings

I offer two distinct pathways to work with me:

For Athletes

Mental Performance Coaching

Build mental strength. Trust yourself. Perform with confidence — in training and on race day.

If you’re feeling stuck in your head, struggling with inconsistency, or just not performing the way you know you can — you’re not alone. I work with athletes who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start competing with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

For Everyone

Wellness Therapy

Therapy for real life that meets you where you are and supports where you’re going.

Not every challenge happens in the spotlight. In addition to performance coaching, Sarah offers psychotherapy for individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, grief, and the everyday complexity of being human.

MY APPROACH

Less stress.
More focus.
Stronger performance.

Let’s get back on track.

1:1 Mental Performance Coaching

For Athletes

Build mental strength. Trust yourself. Perform with confidence — in training and on race day.

If you’re feeling stuck in your head, struggling with inconsistency, or just not performing the way you know you can — you’re not alone. I work with athletes who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and start competing with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

Whether you’re dealing with pre-race nerves, burnout, or pressure from others (or yourself), this work helps you shift out of survival mode and into flow. Because your mind is a muscle too — and training it changes everything.

Mental Performance Coaching for Teams

For Teams & Groups

I work with athletic teams, performance groups, and organizations to strengthen mindset, build resilience, and elevate performance—together.

These tailored sessions help groups manage pressure, improve communication, and develop the mental skills needed to succeed in high-stakes environments. Whether prepping for competition, navigating challenges, or building team culture, I always aim to bring a grounded, energizing presence that meets your group where they are—and helps them rise.

Available as one-time workshops or ongoing programs, in person or online.

How We Train Your Mind

  • Sarah jogging on a waterfront path with an ocean view, cargo ship in distance, and partly cloudy sky.

    1. Assess + Align

We start by identifying the patterns, pressure points, and mental habits that are holding you back — things like race-day anxiety, inconsistency, perfectionism, or fear of failure. Together, we set clear performance goals and create a mental training plan that’s tailored to your sport, your season, and your mindset.

    2. Build Your Mental Toolkit

Through 1:1 coaching sessions, we train core mental skills — like focus, composure under pressure, emotional regulation, goal setting, and performance routines. You’ll leave each session with tools you can immediately apply in practice, workouts, and competition.

    3. Compete With Confidence

You’ll notice real change: better focus, fewer meltdowns, faster recovery from setbacks, and more consistent performance under stress. When race day comes, you'll be mentally prepared — clear, grounded, and able to trust yourself when it counts most.

    4. Keep It Going

How long we work together depends on you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline — the number of sessions is based on your goals, your sport, and where you are in your season or training cycle. Some athletes come in for short-term support around a specific challenge; others work together longer to build a strong, lasting mental game. We’ll decide what makes the most sense for you.
